Cheryl Moschella founded CAM Appraisals in 2004, bringing with her a decade-long career in institutional banking and a passion for helping people make informed decisions about their residential real estate.
Cheryl is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, with appraisal experience covering a wide range of residential property types, including single-family homes, condominiums, and multi-family dwellings. Her clients include homeowners, attorneys, accountants, investors, and financial professionals across Middlesex, Essex, Suffolk, and Norfolk counties in Massachusetts, as well as southern New Hampshire.
A proud graduate of Florida International University, Cheryl has also completed graduate coursework at Boston University, further strengthening her expertise in finance and real estate. She is known for her detailed, and timely appraisal reports, her ability to clearly explain the process, and her commitment to professionalism and integrity.
Outside of work, Cheryl is a proud mother of four grown children and lives in Reading, MA with her husband and college-age twin sons. She’s an avid traveler and a dedicated member of her local community.
